For each HV/MV substation (SE AT) and HV switching station (PC AT) of mainland Portugal's distribution network: the capacity to receive new generation at its 30, 15 and 10 kV and 60 kV busbars, combined and for its HV group, and the generation connected, committed and awaiting confirmation, in MVA, for the annual RARI characterisation and the last quarter.

What is withheld, and why

Every value from this source is withheld. The operator’s terms do not clearly allow us to redistribute its figures, and when signals conflict the more restrictive reading wins until the operator confirms otherwise in writing. Records are still listed — with capacity.value null, access.status "withheld" and a link to the publication — so you know the operator publishes something there.

The publication is still read and kept, because operators overwrite their files and a history not recorded when it happened can never be recovered. If reuse is cleared, customers get the history as well as the present.

The licence field and the English description say CC BY 4.0; clause 6 of the Portuguese description (and of both language versions of the capacity page) says the information is E-REDES property and forbids its reproduction, commercialisation or transfer to third parties without E-REDES' express authorisation, and the portal's terms link resolves to e-redes.pt terms that allow personal use only. The stricter reading wins (docs/source-governance.md §4): fetched and kept, never served, until E-REDES confirms CC BY 4.0 governs in writing (target commercial_use_with_attribution; fallback link_only). Both clauses re-read live on 2026-09-26.

E-REDES safeguards that the information provided does not bind to the connection to any specific point or asset on the network.
