Nothing is withheld. Values are served with the attribution the licence asks for: gezamenlijke netbeheerders 2026 — de gezamenlijke regionale netbeheerders behouden hun intellectuele eigendomsrechten (zoals het databankenrecht). Keep it with any figure you show.

Same terms and open questions as nl_nbnl_voedingsgebieden (unrestricted reuse clause, attribution with the year of publication, no links without permission). The rows also name TenneT intermediate stations (tennet_id); TenneT is not a party to the portal terms, but a station name as a postcode's reference is DSO data about the DSO's own postcode table.

EDSN's postcode table as the DSOs maintain it: each PC6 postcode linked to the supply area and TenneT intermediate station that serve it, the DSO that manages (most of) the postcode, and the DSO layer's scarcity colour per direction. The colour, not the transport-capacity arithmetic, is what the operators say decides whether capacity can be allocated.
